Our Mission

Making Trustworthy Health Information the Default

We believe that access to independent, evidence-based supplement information should not be a privilege. It should be the standard. Our mission is to make that standard real — one honest review at a time.

"To give every person the information they need to make confident, evidence-based decisions about their health — free from the distortions of commercial interest, marketing language, and conflicts of interest."

— Sarvabhi Editorial Charter

The Problem We Are Solving

The global supplement market is vast, fast-growing, and largely unpoliced. Brands can make almost any claim they choose — "supports immunity," "boosts energy," "promotes fat loss" — without providing meaningful evidence that the product in question will do any of these things for any specific person. The regulatory framework in most markets requires only that these claims be technically defensible, not that they be meaningfully true at the dose delivered.

The result is a market that is extraordinarily difficult to navigate. Consumers are left to rely on brand marketing, social media influencers, and review platforms that frequently have financial incentives to promote the products they appear to evaluate. Genuine, independent quality assessment is rare. Our mission is to change that.

Our Core Principles

1. Independence, Always

No score, ranking, or recommendation on this platform is for sale. We accept affiliate commissions as a standard commercial arrangement, and we disclose every such relationship — but these arrangements have no bearing on how products are evaluated or ranked. A product earns its position on this platform through quality, not through payment.

2. Evidence Over Opinion

Our evaluations are grounded in peer-reviewed clinical research, third-party laboratory analysis, and structured assessment criteria. We do not rank products based on taste, popularity, or personal preference. We rank them based on whether the evidence supports the claims being made, at the dose being delivered, in the form being used.

3. Transparency as a Non-Negotiable

Every element of our methodology is published and publicly accessible. Our scoring criteria, the weight assigned to each dimension, the threshold for inclusion, and the conditions under which a product can be removed from our database are all documented. We have nothing to hide about how we work — and we believe that transparency is the only meaningful basis for trust in health information.

4. Continuous Improvement

The clinical literature evolves. Testing methodologies improve. New evidence emerges that changes our understanding of specific ingredients. Our scores and recommendations are updated quarterly to reflect these developments — we do not publish a review once and leave it unchanged indefinitely. A product that scored well three years ago will be re-evaluated against current evidence.

5. Accessibility

High-quality supplement information should not be locked behind paywalls or written in language that only specialists can parse. We write for an intelligent general reader: rigorous enough to be useful, clear enough to be understood by anyone. If a recommendation cannot be explained in plain language, it is not yet well-understood well enough to make.

Our long-term goal is a supplement market where quality is the primary competitive differentiator — where brands that invest in genuine product quality are rewarded with recognition, and brands that rely on marketing to paper over mediocre formulations are held accountable by informed consumers. We believe that better information is the most powerful driver of that change.

How You Can Help

The most powerful thing you can do is make evidence-based choices — and share good information with people in your life who are navigating the supplement market. If you find our reviews useful, share them. If you find an error, tell us through our Contact page. If you have purchased a supplement in our database and want to contribute your outcome data to our Verified Outcomes scoring dimension, we welcome that too.

Better health decisions, made by more people, based on better information — that is what we are here to support.
